Sunday marked the first concert performance working as Arts Coordinator with Barrier Reef Orchestra, and their first concert for the year. As I scanned my phone around to capture the moment of conclusion, I looked around at the crowd raising to their feet in applause, beckoning for an encore. How amazing to be a part of a machine that continues to build the arts community and creates opportunity for its musicians.
